i suggest to change the style of forum from time to time ...new colours and the way of writing ..to make the members feel of changes ..and do not feel booring ...

For me everything in here doesn't make one feel bored... You think our absent mates will appreciate new styles and colours, how! they are already absent . The problem I think is that some members don't feel free to post, shy of mistakes maybe ( I'm not talking about those who're sleeping and dreaming)... Impressed by Hush's style, well yeah it is impressive and his posts are great. We all need his instructions and help and I learnt and I'm learning great things from his postings. We're honoured to have a generous mate willing to do all his best to help us.
I guess it's written in bold letters above FREE STAND TO STAND FREE : An arena of FREE speech and interchange.
You see! what keeps me till today posting and reading in this great forum is this. We were just few members long ago, most of them inert, but I didn't care whether someone is reading my posts or not. ( though lately things got changed). I love this quote: " Be who you are and say what you feel".
Dear mates please post and never think that it is stupid to post and make mistakes. Mistakes are vital, how can one enhance his level then if one keeps hiding behind his mistakes?
It's not stupid either if you don't understand something, go ask, comment, argue... But feel free.
With all my respect to everyone here and sorry for making it long!

well , as usuall I have a new idea .. ..
why don't we organise the forum as a military system ..
let me explain ..
well , the head of the forum control the ideas of forum and organise ..then , two of the members are responsible about the form of the forum .. then ; four members are responsible about the organisation of mistakes and new members ..
those who take the responsability are the old members such as : Hush , Ezimma , Imy , Nounette... and those who are here since a long time ..
well ...Brother the Admin ... you stay the head of forum ..but you can share the administration of forum with those who are really serious .. and you know offcourse that we have teachers in this forum as members ..so...i hope you get the idea ...

let me say it is just an idea ...you are free to accept or refuse ..because i will always a belover to english language and english department ..

The only thing what make forum sweet is, when all members respect their selves, and we stop judging each others, and we let Admin, and Moderator doing their work, i'm sure that they r managing it and they know what is Appropriate and Unappropriate...

I'm totally agree with ur idea Toufikzad . U know by this the forum is going to see the light and it would be competent as much as the leadership spirit that our members have . I do believe that we have this spirit , just we need some freedom in taking decisions .
