Ins and outs: is used to express all the details of a situation

Aches and pains: is used to express several minor health problems.

Ups and downs: is used to express good/ bad times.

Odds and ends: is used to express a variety of different items.

Give and take: is used to express concession on both sides

Peace and quiet: is used to express tranquility

This and that: is used to express various activities/ topics

Pins and needles: is used to express tingling feeling in your limbs

Part and parcel: is used to express an essential component( of a problem)

Coming and going: is used to express the busy activity at a scene.

Facts and figures: is used to express exact data.

Pros and cons: is used to express advantage and disadvantages
